Meet Our Trainers!

  • Pam Wittkopp, CBCC-KA, CPDT-KA and CCDT

I am a CBCC-KA, CPDT-KA, and CCDT-certified professional with over 30 years of experience working with dogs facing behavioral challenges.

As the founder of Pam's Pawsitive Training, and with numerous additional certifications, I specialize in addressing aggression, anxiety, fear, resource guarding, general training, and puppy training to ensure proper socialization, among other services.

My unique approach begins by reducing the dog's emotional response to stress and triggers—a critical first step because a calm emotional state is the foundation for effective learning and lasting behavioral change.

  • Makenna Debbink - Makenna's Cainine Services, LLC

Description gI’m Makenna Debbink, founder of Makenna’s Canine Services. My work with dogs began in 2017, when I took my first job at a doggy daycare. What started as hands-on care quickly turned into a deeper calling when I was asked to work closely with a dog who was both blind and deaf, this dog was also deeply fearful of people. Building trust with that dog changed everything and sparked my passion for training.

As my experience grew, so did my interest in canine behavior and learning. I became especially drawn to helping dogs who were nervous, needed patience, clear communication, and thoughtful training to feel safe and confident in their world.

In 2020, I launched my first business offering dog sitting, training, and specialized handling services. As my passion for training continued to deepen, I made the decision to rebrand and focus exclusively on dog training. Two years ago, Makenna’s Canine Services was born built on a commitment to relationship-based, positive reinforcement training, emotional wellbeing, and long-term behavior change.

I currently hold certifications in Knowing Dogs 101 and 201, Dog Body Language, and Client Communication, and my CGT. I am also scheduled to test for my CPDT-KA certification in September, as well as my CGC (Canine Good Citizen) evaluator test continuing my commitment to education and professional growth.oes here

  • Jessica Jensema - Fearless Doggies, LLC

My love for dogs began when I was just two years old with my best friend, a golden retriever named Dutchess. From that moment on, dogs have never been “just pets” to me. They are family.

I have three dogs, Charlie and my rescues Luna and Tallulah. The girls both came with behavioral challenges that pushed me deeper into the world of training and canine behavior. Helping them learn to be their best selves strengthened my belief in positive training.

Since 2018, I’ve been involved in the rescue community, fostering and volunteering with White Paws German Shepherd Rescue. I’ve also worked at a doggie daycare, volunteered at a local shelter and Jeff’s Way Home lost dog rescue. I have gained hands on experience with canine body language, group dynamics, high stress situations, and safely guiding dogs through challenging behaviors. I was lucky enough to meet Pam from Pam’s Pawsitive through shelter dogs and with my own dogs, and now have such an incredible mentor and get to join this amazing team!

I am currently working toward my CPDT-KA certification to continue expanding my knowledge and skills. Next step in my education will be getting my CBCC-KA certification.

These experiences inspired me to found Fearless Doggies, offering positive, fear free training for dogs and the people who love them. My goal is to help dogs and their humans build bonds, overcome challenges and live their very best lives together.

  • Tammy Brasile - Whole Dog Behavior, LLC

I’ve been what people would call an animal lover for as long as I can remember, since I was very young. Alongside that, I’ve always had a deep interest in behavior and understanding why it happens. Over the years, I took a variety of psychology courses in college, and I’ve always been fascinated by the “why” behind both human and animal behavior.

My journey into dog training became personal in 2020 when I rescued my dog, Peaches. She was at risk of being euthanized due to behavioral concerns, and I stepped in to give her a chance. From the very beginning, I could see that her behavior was a reflection of unmet needs, not something “wrong” with her. That experience shaped my approach and deepened my commitment to helping dogs feel safe, supported, and understood.

In 2023, I began volunteering with a local shelter, where I worked hands-on with a wide range of dogs, each with their own unique challenges and personalities. Through both my professional and personal experiences, I’ve been told that I have a natural ability to “see the whole picture”, to understand not just the behavior itself, but the emotions and environment driving it.

At Pam's Pawsitive, LLC Dog Training, I use a force-free, positive reinforcement approach to help dogs and their humans build trust, confidence, and clear communication. I’m proud to work alongside an amazing team that shares these same values, and I’m always continuing to learn and grow with their support.

I am also the founder of Whole Dog Behavior, LLC, where I continue to expand my knowledge and collaborate with others who are passionate about ethical, welfare-focused training.

I believe every dog deserves understanding, and every human deserves to feel confident in how to help their dog succeed.cription goes here
