For dog classes, refunds will be provided, with a $50 deduction if a replacement for your spot is found. Additionally, individual sessions are subject to a $50 cancellation fee if canceled without a 48-hour notice (weekends not included) unless I am able to fill the spot with another client.

Packages are non-refundable unless approved, but they never expire and can be transferred to seminars, classes, or other dogs in the same household. If a refund is approved, sessions already completed will be billed at the individual session rate rather than the discounted package rate.
